who We Are
Tinto Tetfu ™ (Our things, when loosely translated) is that and more. We created this organization to speak to the fundamentals of our building blocks as a people. One needs to first understand who they are (clan and culture), before they can go outside of their own communities. Our young need to be proud of their heritage, or at least understand its place in the cultural ecosystem and let those learnings from the past channel them as they come of age and interact with the Western world.
We are a people-centered organization rooted in the belief that education, creativity, and cultural knowledge are fundamental drivers of community empowerment. We champion personal growth, academic success, and cultural awareness in underserved communities by providing accessible learning opportunities, mentorship, and purpose-led programmes designed to uplift and transform lives.
Mission
To nurture capable, confident, and culturally grounded individuals through education, mentorship, and creative skills development.
Vision
